«Kurylys Technika» proudly announces another milestone in the history of our factory and the entire Kazakh engineering industry.

For the first time in Kazakhstan, we have manufactured a giant bucket for the KOMATSU WE1850 front loader.

This bucket boasts an impressive volume of 30 cubic meters! Moreover, such buckets for front loaders have never been produced before - not only in Kazakhstan, but also in Russia and other CIS countries - which makes our achievement particularly significant.

This simply wasn’t required: there are no such class of special machinery in our market yet. The main regions using loaders of this class are countries in South and Latin America, Australia, and South Africa.

This project became possible thanks to our collaboration with a foreign partner. We are proud that «Kurylys Technika» took on the responsibility of manufacturing such a bucket, while our client will equip it with teeth and other protective elements independently.

This joint project not only strengthens our international ties but also opens up new opportunities for the development of Kazakh engineering.

Conquering the Global Market: KTK’s Giant Blade to Head to African Mines

«Kurylys Technika» has successfully completed the development and production of a unique blade for domestic engineering - a 34 cubic meter bulldozer blade. It was specially designed for the Caterpillar D11 bulldozer and is now preparing for shipment to the African continent.

This project marks our breakthrough: previously, products of this class were not exported abroad. The company’s engineers have created a fully functional version of the original American blade manufactured by Caterpillar, adapting it for extreme operating conditions.

The key advantage of this innovation is the thoughtfully designed wear protection system. «Kurylys Technika» specialists equipped the blade with custom-made lining, developed specifically for the conditions of African deposits. This solution will significantly extend the service life of the equipment when working with highly abrasive soils - which are prevalent in most local quarries and construction sites.

The blade’s versatility is another important feature of the development. The design is suitable for various conditions, making it in demand for a wide range of tasks: from large-scale earthworks to preparing industrial sites in challenging climatic zones.

The successful implementation of this project confirms that Kazakh engineering solutions can compete with global industry leaders.

Conquering Mongolia: Bucket with National Flair Steals the Show at Mongolia Mining 2026

Ulaanbaatar, late April 2026. The international mining and oil exhibition Mongolia Mining 2026. This spring, the eyes of the largest industry representatives from around the world were focused on this event. «Kurylys Technika» could not miss such a significant occasion.

We were at the center of attention, presenting our products at the exhibition - two rock-breaking, ultra-reinforced buckets of our own production, each with a volume of 6.7 cubic meters. One of them was artistically painted by a local artist, with deep respect for Mongolian traditions.

You will see Mongolian steppe riders on it. One of them is accompanied by a dog, a faithful companion of the Mongols in all military campaigns.

Both buckets were manufactured by us for HITACHI EX1200-6BH mining excavators.

This artistic touch not only attracted the attention of the exhibition guests. We wanted to emphasize the company’s readiness to consider the cultural specifics of our partners in our work.

This is not the first time we have participated in the Mongolia Mining 2026 exhibition. As always, we are delighted to be among large companies from nearly 100 countries. We are proud to represent Kazakhstan at such a high level.
